I have been where you are.

One of these Michael's was depressed, anxious, hurt, broken, hidden, afraid or self-love, terrified of their potential, a liar, a cheater, a thief, a manipulator, impacted by trauma, having countless manic episodes, lost and in his own way, and blaming the world for his choices... Can you guess which one?



When I was at my lowest I was #depressed, #obese, a drunk, a drug-infused time bomb, a terrible partner, a poor communicator, selfish, and worst of all scared. I was terrified of what it would feel like to be happy. I was trapped in a #mindset of fear that I created. It was irrational and irresponsible but something I was born into and too frightened to turn away from. I carried myself in the exact way that I was supposed to according to the environment I came up in. I was born into chaos and my brain was programmed into a chaos autopilot. Anything I could do to hurt myself and others I did; from drinking and driving to unprotected sex with strangers to putting a gun in my mouth. I did anything that numbed me. I couldn't bring myself to deal with the things involving the darkness of my past and the torment that was festering inside of me.


Then, after another drug and alcohol-fueled night of chaos, I decided to start making changes. Over ten years ago I made the choice to Be Unbroken. It was a slow and excruciatingly painful process and it took years. I had to change my #diet, #lifestyle, and the way I treated myself and others. I had to step deeply into therapy, personal growth, trauma recovery, and educating myself through self-love, pushing my boundaries, and choosing to be the HERO of my story. The change I made to become healthy wasn't overnight and it's still something I actively work on every single day because I want to be better than I was the day before. I owe that to myself and to the people who are like me.


The reason I am sharing this is to let you know that you are not alone.

Common Questions

Is the program online or in an app?

The entire 6-week program is built into an app on your phone. I built it this way so that you can take the course with you at all times.


You will also have access to the self-study curriculum and live coaching if you choose that route.


There is a desktop version of this program in the works.

What exactly happens in the 6-week course?

The program is designed as a marathon, not a sprint, this means that each day a new session will be delivered to you. The reason that the program is parsed out like this is so that you don't get overwhelmed. Six weeks is a lot of material and you will learn it one day at a time.

What happens if I don't have time one day?

That's fine the content will stay in your app and you will be able to come back to it at any time. Life happens, don't stress, just catch up.





What happens during each day's session?

Each day you will receive a notification on your phone when the new session is available for you to join. Each session will consist of an in-depth breakdown of one of the over 30 chapters of Think Unbroken in addition to a different but complimentary in-depth video where you will receive practical coaching on applying the lesson to your life. Finally, you will complete each day with a task or assignment in relation to the content.

How much time do I need to dedicate to this each day?

Depending on the day the average time is roughly 30 minutes. Some of the more in-depth days will take longer. Again, this is a marathon, not a sprint so if you miss a day or don't have time to complete it, simply catch up.

Can I upgrade at any time?

You can upgrade from just the app to community access or live coaching at any time.

Why did you create Think Unbroken?

I come from trauma. The chaos of The Vortex is all I knew. As a kid with an ACE Score of 10, something told me that I could be better than what the world told me I would be. Today, after decades of work and a lifetime of learning I am The HERO of my own story and I am here to help you do the same. My #1 goal in life is to END GENERATIONAL TRAUMA and through Think Unbroken we will do it together!

Why is Think Unbroken so affordable?

When I was 8 years old I was homeless and in poverty. I had to steal to survive. I know that for some people $2500 just isn't an option. So I decided that I would create an incredibly in-depth course that anyone no matter where they are or what their circumstances they can afford. Money shouldn't be the barrier to education and that is why this entire program is only $497.

What happens after the 6-week Trauma healing coaching sessions?

At the end of the course, you will have the option to take an even deeper dive into my private small group coaching program where I go into the next level of healing with you and a handful of people for 1 year.

Should I continue my regular therapy?

YES! Coaching and therapy go hand-in-hand. This course is not a replacement for therapy just as therapy is not a replacement for coaching.





What's the best way to explain to my family or friends what I am doing here?

Ultimately, the choice in discussing your involvement with coaching is up to you. Everyone is different and needs different levels of support. I have my own coach and I share that proudly. We all need support and even the greatest people we look up to all had help through coaching, and they all proudly represent that coaches played a huge role in their lives.
